The shareholders have to take the decision on changing the company's official seat. This means an amendment of the articles of association. This amendment of the articles of association has to be notarial certified. The notary will also forward as well a notification to the Swiss Trade Register

The official seat has to be deregistered with the commercial authority. Afterwards the company also has to be registered again at the new commercial authority. In addition, the change of the the companies registration would have to be announced with the Swiss tax authorities. Here, the authorities of the old as well as of the new region have to be informed.
